    1. Personalized Search - KidSited members may select "Multiple categories, cities, and zip codes (myInterests)" and receive personalized search results (Text Ads, Coupons, and Display Ads), which they can then selectively and collectively save, email and print .

    • We are testing our products on Windows XP, 2000 and MAC OSX; IE 6.0, IE 7.0, Netscape, MAC(Safari) and Mozilla - Please inform us of any issues with these browsers that you may encounter - we are here to help you. <Use Mozilla on MAC systems for best Result>
    • Your Internet Options settings may prevent us from displaying some features, Please take the following steps:

      To change Internet Explorer security settings:

        • In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
        • Click the Security tab.
        • Click the Internet icon.
        • Set the security level to Default(Medium-High) and click OK when you are done.
        • When you are finished making changes, click OK to return to Internet Explorer.

    To change Internet Explorer privacy settings:

      • In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
      • Click the Privacy tab.
      • Under Settings, do any of the following:
        1. To allow or block cookies from specific websites, click Sites. and add www.KidSited.com
        2. Or Turn off the Pop Ups
      • When you are finished making changes to your privacy settings, click OK.
  3. I can not Sign up or Sign in?
    • Your browser must support cookies and JavaScript, and these options must be enabled to sign up.
      • Please make sure your Cookies are enabled -check Browsers Tools+Internet Options +Privacy/security level
      • Please make sure that JavaScript is turned on. To do so, select Options (Firefox) or Internet Options (Internet Explorer) under the Tools menu of your browser. In Firefox, click the Content tab, select "enable JavaScript," and click OK. In Internet Explorer, click the Security tab, select "Enable" under "Active Scripting," and click OK.

    • Go to Quick Search (select a city and a keyword) and then select more items of interests from the list of categories listed in the services provided ; click on quick search button.

    • Enter your city and zip code of interest in the search field - Multiple cities and zip codes may be selected using personalized search and myInterests (cities and zip codes) section.

    • Add cities and zip codes in myInterest - cities & zip codes

  10. How do I search by City or Zip code if the Vendor does not have a Physical address (i.e. online Business)?
    • KidSited Supports Online City and Zip Code- Please Select KidCity for the Online City and 00000 for the Online Zip Code (KidZip)
